Weaving
Advanced Weaving for Diverse Application
Our weaving operations at QualiPack feature more than 103 state-of-the-art circular weaving machines, equipped with technologies such as Automatic tension control and color sensor-based mechanisms to prevent breakage and wastage. Capable of producing fabric sizes ranging from 14” to a significant 82” diameter, and up to 164” lay-flat configurations, our facility supports a weaving capacity of 7x7 to 18x18 mesh. Daily, we produce 150 Km of fabric, ensuring versatility and top-quality production across various machine types.
Webbing
